The market structure in Main Road, Greyton, was burnt to the ground in the early hours of 04.04.2017 by arsonists. The Saturday Morning Market, which is managed by Greyton Conservation Society as their major fundraiser (and which provides a retail outlet for many small entrepreneurs in the area), is already making plans to rebuild.
There have been a number of requests for bank details to help financially. Cash donations may be made to Greyton Conservation Society through its account at First National Bank, Caledon branch.
