Greyton Conservation Society held its AGM at the Greyton Lodge on 29 May. The Chairman, John Hanks presented an illustrated PowerPoint display detailing the projects that GCS has been involved in and the achievements of Society over the past year. Audited financials were presented and concerns raised from the attending members addressed and noted.

Committee Members for the forthcoming year were elected, one resigned and one new member was proposed and accepted. The Committee is as follows:

* John and Carol Hanks are leaving the village within the next few months but agreed to stay on the Committee in order to hand over.
** Sunnye Collins is welcomed as a new member of GCS.
Nicky Vernon left us to concentrate on the wonderful work she is doing running the Greyton Transition Town but we will continue to work closely with her.
